  • Implementing Plan Build Run Transformation model that defined work scope, providing operational efficiencies, and reduced workload to a manageable level.

  • Partnering with peers and leadership in RFP process to select an MSP to outsource Operational Run workload, defined the scope with appropriate CPI/KPI to increase the level of reactive performance by 15 percen t.

  • Redeployed onshore team transitioning from a reactive model to a proactive approach focused on Currency, Alerting and Monitoring, Capacity Planning, Operational Resilience, Documentation and Blacklist, these are processes that were not realized prior to this change.

  • Collaborating with Business Leaders, Procurement, Architecture and Engineering to identify and develop a methodology to simplify the footprint, improve performance and reduce expense in alignment with technology and business partners, achieving the goal reducing expense while improving performances.

  • Managing several budgets totaling $14M.  Led team to identify, create a plan of action in concert with a corporate wide expense reduction initiative to deliver cost reduction strategies improving platforms and reducing the annual expense by $6M within the function managed, we exceeded the goal by $4M.

  • Delivering successful RFPs such as Cisco EA, Fixed Wireline Replacement, Telecommunications Expense Management Vendor replacement to drive all Telecom Expense, Remote Site Support Smart Hands and DDoS Solution, these RFPs resulted in expense reduction and process improvements across all initiatives.

  • Driving Voice and Webex Transformation reducing operating expenses, consolidating, and improving voice telephony from a legacy hybrid environment of Cisco Webex, Avaya CM and Cisco CUCM/Jabber to Cloud supported Microsoft Teams.

  • Completed a 3-year Data Center Network refresh, consolidating four DCs into three updating all network, coordinating with all Infra, App/Dev, Business Partners developing communication plan with corporate communications to inform and minimize impact to production, resulting in reduced risk, lower operating expenses and lower workload.
