• Field Network Hardware Replacement project (2013 to 2015) – In a leadership role, maintaining a close relationship with the enterprise network team, served as technical liaison between the LFG enterprise network team and the field System Analysts. Created technical documentation to deploy routers, network switches, riverbed accelerators, wireless APs and out of band management. Set the schedule that involved data cabling, hardware and coordination of 135 sites to ensure minimal impact to production.                    

• Hardware VPN project (2006 to Present) – Manage, deploy, update and develop new and existing hardware VPN router configurations and IOS versions, including maintenance to ensure maximum up time.

• LFA Video Conferencing project (2008-2009) – Implementation included coordination of local office system analysts, British Technologies team, Infrastructure Team, managing ATT requests and terminations of old ISDN circuits. Created setup and installation documentation for a standardized installation to all the 54 LFA sites.

• Field Infrastructure standardization project (2007-2008) –Standardization of the field site infrastructure that was not on the corporate standard. This coordinated across multiple departments at an aggressive pace to ensure project deliverables were met, coordinating local office SA’s, Infrastructure, Security and circuit requests as well as 3rd party contractors. Tracking all aspects of orders, pre-configurations, shipping, and audits of the equipment to maintain budget control.  Project was concluded on time & $80,000 under budget.
